Service from 490€/month, for a relationship based on trust and peace of mind:

  • Custody of a set of keys
  • Fortnightly visit and interior/exterior inspection
  • Check that equipment is working properly
  • Check opening/closing systems
  • Ventilation at each visit
  • Watering of indoor plants
  • Meter reading
  • Collecting, sorting and forwarding your mail
  • Visiting in bad weather
  • Checking vehicles before arrival
  • Monthly written (e-mail, letter) and/or telephone progress report
